need help reggestering internet download manager

i have a cerial number, but when i go and use it, it says that it is either a fake cerial number, or it's been blocked by the programme.

what can i do?

The boxes are misread by jaws. Look at it with your jaws cursor, so you can see what goes where. Take a look and you'll see what I mean. I had this trouble as well. When it said name, that was where I had to put the actual number.

The reason why you're getting the faik/invalid serial number issue is because, the edit fields are incorrectly announced by your screenreader.
